Selena is passionate about serving and inspiring others to achieve success by using their instincts with a dose of innovative approaches to connect fully, create abundantly, and evolve constantly. She translates this passion into the heart of all her work, incorporating these elements into her books, newsletters, articles, products, coaching, and appearances.

While much of her writing has been hidden away in the confidential files of clients and prior employers, Selena is available for writing engagements. It all started way back in grade 6 with an encouraging teacher who dared her to go beyond what she delivered, to what she was capable of. Selena has been published and has several writing projects on the go.

Selena contributed to How to Reduce the Cost of Software Testing, a book that reveals how organizations can test well while decreasing their testing budget. She has also contributed articles to numerous software industry publications and is in the midst of expanding her contributions to other subject areas.
