Recipe: Healthy Chocolate Pudding
I’m not usually a dessert person.
Yes, it can be delicious – but it often makes me sluggish and heavy afterwards. That was until I discovered healthy, good-for-you, desserts. Using natural whole foods, you can eat dessert with no guilt or health implications!
When my in-laws visited a while back, I (uncharacteristically) decided to make something for dessert. Being the curious type, they tried it and loved it! This was the second creation they tried that day, really enjoyed, and requested the recipe for.
They said it was the best chocolate pudding they ever had. Hooray!
I know you’ll enjoy it just as much. Modify the amounts as needed to suit your taste.

wadelovesrachel Hi Wade! The orange does help it stay and adds a subtle flavour to it that mixes well with the cacao. I have used agave in the past, but try to use the whole food variation of dates when I have fresh ones. I haven't tried your variation of agave with almond milk though, it sounds delicious!

We love avacado chocolate pudding. We've never done it with oranges and dates, we normally do it with agave and a touch of almond milk, but the oranges likely help it stay a bit better.
